Study objectives: This study examines the prevalence, identify serious injury level and cauces of injuries. Evaluate the first aids situation and transport casualties to hospital. Methods: The cross-sectional was conducted among the adult people who are living in Dong Ha town. The injury data was collected via interview using questionnaires. Results: A total number of 4262 people was selected to participate in the interview. Of which 105 was injuried to occupy 2.46 percent. Male was 53.3 percent, female was 46.7 percent. Leading causes of injuries were transport accident (52.4 percent), falling(21.9 percent). There were 45 percent of casualties without given first aids at local sites. Injury classify: Moderate: 55.2 percent
major: 19.1 percent
severe: 30 percent
very severe: 3.8 percent. Most of casualties was transported by the motobike and the public transport means.
