Objectives: To review some clinical features and labolatories in patients at stroke at Hai Phong Medical University hospital in 2010-2011. Subjects andmethods: The study describes. Results: study 51 patients at stroke, the authors found: 74.5 percent of patients aged over 60. Ratio male/female is 0.7/1. Neurological symptoms is most common hemiplegia (68.6 percent). Age higher rates of hypertension greater risk of cerebral vascular accident is increasing. The rate of diabetes in patients with cerebral infarction was 36.96 percent, of blood brain is 40 percent. Patients dyslipidemia high proportion (84.78 percent). Conclusions: High blood pressure, diabetes and dyslipidemia are risk factors of stroke.
