The authors make a presentation and discusses about the development of the first two patients who suffer from severe acute necrosic pancreatitis with continuos veno-venuos hemofiltration (CVVH) and drainage necrosis fluid in abdome under ECHO. The authors suggest that this method should be applied in to pratice soon of its effectiveness.
