The retrospective study was performed on 98 patients who had ureteral calculi that were treated by pneumatic endoscopic lithotripsy from december 2008 to april 2011 at Viet-Tiep Hospital. Method: Retrospective study. Conclusions: Mean hospitalization time was 3 + or - 2 days. The migration of stone into the kidney 2.04 percent. Ureteral perforation 1.02 percent. JJ stents were places in 87.75 percent. The stones were completely removed in 92 patients (93.88 percent). The failure rate is 6.12 percent. The pneumatic endoscopic lithotripsy is effective, safety and cheaply.
