Inflammation reaction acts very important in the causes of stroke by acute cerebral infarction. Stroke by acute cerebral infarction increases death ratio and damages nerve system. The authors choose patient which have stroke by acute cerebral infarction to be hospitalize to collect Hs-CRP samplers at this time, and analyze the relationship between Hs-CRP concentration with some indexes of lipid. Results: In 91 cases, Hs-CRP concentration in the patient who have cerebral infarction is higher 6.6 times than control group (p 0.001), Hs-CRP concentration has favorable correlation with cholesterol concentration and LDL-C
has opposite correlation with HDL-c in the patient which has acute cerebral infarction (p 0.05). The changes of Hs-CRP index and total cholesterol, especially LDL-c help to predict the risks of atheroscelerosis, specially stroke by cerebral infraction and heart artery disease.
