Execute the mastocyte disintegrate reaction for 111 asthma patients by house dust and 50 normal persons. The result shows that: the mastocyte disintegrate reaction is the method which has the high relative sensitive rate (72 percent - 75.78 percent), but the result also depends on many objective factors. To suit with Vietnam situation nowadays, ithe authors used the mastocyte disintegrate reaction in diagnosis the allergens cause allergy disease, need to combine with 1 or 2 other specific diagnosis methods as: exploit allergy prehistory leucocyte dispel reaction... the specific diagnosis would be more value.
