A database on climate change in health sector was built with Microsoft Access to gather, manage and disseminate information about climate change and health. Results: The database includes statistical data on climate, population, socio-economic, environmental sanitation and diseases related to climate change in all 63 provinces/cities from 2007 to 2009. It also consists of legal documents and scientific materials, which are to support health policy makers on making decisions to respond to climate change impacts. As an open-source database, it will be able to develop its contents as well as functionality in the future.
