Attitude toward a career can be a positive or negative tendency for that career. To be effective in training teachers, the managers should identify teacher students' attitudes toward teaching professional. The findings show that the attitudes of the seniors at Ho Chi Minh city University of Education toward teaching professional are positive. This can be explained the seniors have had the tendency to involve in teaching professional since they were freshmen, and the training by school is effective in specialty and attitudes.
