One of the most important duties of the universities in Vietnam is to strongly reform and enhance training quality, to supply high quality human resource, meeting the demand for pushing up industrialization and modernization and international integration. Developing the training programs in cooperation with foreign prestigious universities is an efficient solution to implement that duty. In the recent years. some universities have carried out high quality cooperative training programs with foreign universities. Many of which have made important contribution to enhancing the training quality, speeding up international integration of the universities. This paper presents the model and characteristics of international cooperative training programs at the undergraduate level at some pretigious public economics and business universities, deeply analysing the bachelor program at the National Economics University as an example, recommending some solutions to develop international coooperative training programs of the universities in Vietnam.
