The economic crisis and along with natural disasters and epidemics has caused many difficulties for the medical units and directly affected the workers. Where these circumstances, the Trade union of Health care sector of Vietnam has directed the trade unions in subordinate level to coordinate closely with government to pay more attention to improving working conditions and propose amending many regulations, policies to ensure the rights of employees.
