In Dong Thap Muoi region, jute is used for getting wires for industrial packing or getting organism of whole trunk for pulp production material. Fertilizer factor increases yield of jute organism. A research on fertilizer levels and time to apply fertilizer for jute was done on the acid sulfate soil in Dong Thap Muoi region. The research included single factor experiments of fertilizer levels of nitrogen, phosphate, potassium which were designed on the randomized complete with three time replication and trial of times, process for fertilizer application which were designed on the large plots without replication. The result of research showed that nitrogen is most effective on plant growth and development lead increase of the organism yield. Fertilizer levels of phosphate, potassium were not significantly different of experiments. The 180 N-60 P2O5-120 K2O (kg/ha) of fertilizer level combine times to apply are a day before sowing and 10,35, 55 days after sowing gave 76.6-83.3 tons/ha of yield while fanner practice method gave 62.4-62.5 tons/ha of yield. This method had effect on the increase of jute organism by 22,8-33,3 percent, decrease cost of investment by 47-65 VN dong/kg and increase income by 38.5-57.1 percent in comparison with farmer practice.
