The paper presents some concepts and theories of econometric model for the impacts of the efficiency of asset management on ROE at construction joint-stock companies listed in Vietnam such as Dupont demand model, introducing the shareholding companies listed building in Vietnam and the econometric model reflects the impact of effective asset management to the company's ROE.
