In recent years, in order to concertize the "Joint Declaration on strategic partnership" between Vietnam and Russia during Russian President V. Putin visit to Vietnam on May 3-2001, governments and businesses from both countries have made great efforts in expanding cooperation - economic - political culture between the two countries, especially to promote trade relations, and the Union Russia is one of the partners with the growth of trade with Vietnam, the fastest in recent years with a total export turnover reached about 1828 million USD in 2010, export turnover increased 1.29 percent compared to 2009. However, when exported to the Russian Federation market, goods and Vietnam enterprises still face many barriers, prevent goods from Vietnam to Russian Market. This article aims to clarify the obstacles to export goods of Vietnam to the Russian market and recommends some measures to boost exports to this market in the near future.
