In recent years, competence based approach is one of the basic trends in the innovation process of curriculum and educational method in the world. Accordingly, Viet Nam has been building the new curriculum and text book to secondary education which is supposed to be piloted after 2015 and officially after 2018. Besides, the ways of building curiculum and teacher training in Viet Nam mainly based on traditional approaches that prefers content based approach than skill development. Therefore, it is neccessary to have innovate teacher training type which is based on competence approach in order to meet the needs of society and secondary school education in the coming time.
