Lean is a management philosophy, in which the focus is upon improving the "flow" or smoothness of work and eliminating wastes. Education is interactive system. This system creates waste interactions as well as "not expected" results in Vietnam Eductionpl Area. Lean is a new management aproaching that applies in Vietnam education System from higher level to lower level. This creates synchronous interaction, minimizing waste, streamlining flow work and optimizing efficiency in edcational system operation. The main airm of this article is discuss how to apply Lean in Vietnam Education that focus in 2 areas: Innovating educational management operation and educational academy operation.
