Currently, training philology teachers in universities as well as teaching philology in secondary schools are facing many challenges to be addressed. Within many reasons, the author mentioned the impact of structural economic and social changes, the lack of updated morden education, inadequacies of program in training teachers, no logical program coherence between universities and schools, insufficiency of philology teachers for changes of program and textbook... The paper inffialy deals with some difficulties and the solutions for the problems that interest education managers and others.
