Developing organizatinal culture is becoming a strategic mission of schools and universities. To contribute to the activity of developing culture in educational organizations, this article aims to recommend some contents and methods to change and develop organizational cultures in schools and universities by sharing opinions of contents, feature of positive cultures and solutions to develop positive cultures in an educational organizations.
