This article sums up some basic matters about organizing period and experimental result on training cooperative learning skills for pedagogy students in team works carried out in Hai Phong University. From this result the author proposes some petitions in order to improve the effect of training cooperative skills for pedagogy students in team works in teacher training organizations.
