Preparing a varied and interesting system of exercises is a daily work of each teacher. However, theoretical study about producing the system of exercises is not paid much attention which depends mainly on the teachers and experienced researchers. Therefore, this paper studies in depth the requirements. principles and procedure of constructing a system of exercises for one class period which is the basic reference for the teachers to build a system of exercises for a class period in accordance with the specific characteristics of the subject and the practice of vocational education.
