The authors of this paper have analyzed the current situation: Boarding schools for ethnic minority in districts have a positive application of ICTs in their learning process and have achieved initial results but there are also some shortcomings in the application of ICTs in order to contribute to the innovation of learning methodology. Since then, the authors also mentioned 3 main measures to apply ICTs effectively in teaching and learring, and the innovation of teaching methodology.
