 Solutions to implement the law on public servant ethics in the current period, to achieve the objectives of the Master Plan for PAR period 2011-2020, the author proposed five groups of solutions: strengthening the work of dessimination and legal education on public servant ethics
  connecting the work of inspection and examination and solving ultimately violations with well implementing policies to honor and encourage civil servant's devotion
  emphasizing the role of the heads
  establishing an agency specialized in public servant ethics
  and taking integrated set of policies.
