The study on 120 pediatric patients with the head, face and neck burn injuries, the age ranging from 6 months to 15 years were treated at the National Institute of Burns from 01/2007 - 04/2009. The results showed that: the age from 6 months to 15 years were the highest rate of 86.66 percent. Humid heat was the cause of burns (83.33 percent). Burn injuries occurred mainly in the home (90 percent). Time of day were usually from 11 hours -13 hours and 17 hours - 22 hours at the most (80 percent). Time after burn hospitalized early, before 24h (86.67 percent). However, the right first aid were the low rate of 38/120 (31.66 percent). The area of deep burns from 10 percent - 20 percent TBSA were higher rate 33.33 percent (8/24 children). Head and neck burns often combined abdominal chest burns (75 percent), upper extremities (55 percent). Site of burn injuries were the cheek and neck (63.33 percent), chin (66.33 percent), neck (66.66 percent). Deep burns with wet necrotic were high rate (83.34 percent). The rate of burns in the senses were ear (16.66 percent), eyes (35 percent), nose (40 percent) and mouth (35 percent). Burn shock were 50 percent, infection in deep burns were 58.33 percent and burn cachexia were 12.5 percent. The adherence scars after 1, 3, 6 months in the deep burns was 100 percent.
