Study was carried out to investigate epidemiology characteristics and clinical features of idiopathic erythroderma. The result showed that mean age was 70 + or - 9.5 years. Male:female ratio was 9:1. Main features found were extensive scaling and erythema (100 percent), pruritus (100 percent), thermoregulatory disturbance (89.5 percent), edema (84.2 percent), keratoderma of palms and soles (64.1 percent), adherent crusts (75.4 percent), nail changes (50.9 percent) and lymphadenopathy (12.3 percent). Inconclusion, idiopathic erythroderma is a severe skin disease and mainly seen among old men, long lasting progress and relapse. Beside the skin lesions, other systemic disturbances were also observed among the study population.
