Tóm tắt

 The retrospective study describing the bleeding rate for 24 hours during and after cesarean section at the National Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology (NHOG) during the 2 periods (1998-1999) and (2008-2009) has found that the bleeding rate at the first period is 3.1 percent and for the second period is 1.2 percent. The main reason due to uterine atonyhas been increasing from 30.54 percent to 62.14 percent after 10 years
  the other reasons such as by placenta (from 65.27 percent to 35.92 percent), by surgical techniques (from 8.98 percent to 3.88 percent), by the maternal pathology (from 3.54 percent to 3.39 percent) have been reduced.
