Objective: The research on fibrinolys status in Hemophilia patients. Materials and methods: 64 patients with Hemophilia was analysed: clot retraction, fibrinogen, Vonkaulla Test, D- Dimer assay, TEG (Thromboelastograph). Results: 57 percent had increased D-Dimer level, in which 32.81 percent had results higher than 500ng/l, 16 percent had decreased plasminogen, no cases had reduced fibrinogen or lysed of blood clots, 100 percent had negative Vonkaulla test and Lys30 value of TEG within normal range.
