 Background: triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a distinct breast cancer subtype. TNBC has a clinically, histopathologically different features and poor outcome compared to others. The study was carried out at the K hospital from 2005-2007 to research on clinical, pathology of this patient group. Patients and methods: 190 eligible TNBC patients were collected from 2005 to 2007. This is a retrospective-descriptive study. Results and conclusion: Mean age is 52.1 (ranging from 29 to 83), the most common age interval is between 45-59, accounting for 60.5 percent. Right breast (52.5 percent), left breast (47.4 percent). Stage I, II, III, IV rate are 9.5 percent
