Tóm tắt

Objective: the purpose of this study was assess grading malformation external auditory canal and the middle ear on temporal bone CT scan. Study design: Prospective study. Setting: In National ENT Hospital - Hanoi Hospital of Medicine University. Patients: 33 patients. Results: man/woman = 2,5. Congenital aural type B&C occupies 30/33 (90.9 percent), ossicular systerm malformation is 28/33 (84.9 percent) and facial nerve abnormalities incidence 8/33 (24.2 percent). Conclusion: Congenital abnormalities of external auditory canal usually complicates with malformation of ossicles systerm and abnormal facial nerve.
