Background: triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a distinct breast cancer subtype. TNBC has a poor outcome compared to others. The study was carried out at the K hospital from 2005-2007 to evaluate the result treatment of this patient group. Patients and methods This is a retrospectivedescriptive study. 80 TNBC patients had information for survival analysis. Results and conclusion- The average disease free survival (DFS) time is 56.9 months. DFS at 2, 3, 4, 5 years are 75 percent, 70 percent, 67.3 percent, 67.3 percent respectively. The average overall survival (OS) time is 61.8 months. OS at 2, 3, 4, 5 years are 87.2 percent
