To evaluate the respiratory function in asthmatic patients at Department of Allergology and Clinical Immunology in Bach Mai Hospital for two years of 2005-2006. This study evaluated the change of lung function in 107 asthmatic patients, whose ages ranged from 8 to 65 years (women and men)
a total of 107 subjects were measured lung function. The results showed that: 1- There were 66.35 percent of the asthmatic patients who had airway obstruction and nothing changed for the rest of the patients (33.65 percent). 81.69 percent were airway obstruction patients. 2- The evaluation index of airway obstruction such as FEV1, FEVl percent, PEF, MEF reduced along the disease-suffering period (5 years) with P 0.01.
