Introduction: the disorder of sympathomimetic due to excessive sweating is called hyperhidrosis. There have been many different treatments. But ETS is the most eflective. Obiective: To evaluate the results and complications after surgery ETS. Study subjects: At Surgery Department of Bach Mai hospital, 860 patients had ETS from 1/2005 to 6/2010. Research methods: Prospective study. Results: Immediate result after surgery: Palmar 99.57 percent sweating, 100 percent armpits, soles of feet 23. 9 percent, facial 86 percent. The postoperative complications of 5 percent. No patients died. 96.84 percent satisfaction after surgery. The rate of postoperative sweating cover 47.29 percent.
