Vietnam is considered a potential nation of rare earth.The search, exploration, exploitation and processing of rare earth minerals in Vietnam needs cooperation, technology transfer to other countries in the region and the world. Recently, the governments of Vietnam and Japan has signed a Cooperation Agreement to develop the rare earth industry in Vietnam.
