Analysis of genetic diversity of the soybean is playing very important role in conservation and breeding. In this study, 65 soybean accessions were genotyped using 30 microsatellite (SSR) markers. The results indicated that 166 obtained alleles by using 30 SSR markers
among them, 10 markers gave one allele only and 20 markers gave more than one allele
the allele ratio in each locus from 0.60 percent - 7.23 percent. In 20 polymorphic SSR loci generating 156 polymorphic alleles, the number of scored alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 12 with average value of 7.8. PIC index of each locus varied from 0 to 0.89 with mean value of 0.78. Genetic similarity value of studied accession ranged from 0.47 to 1.00. At similarity value of 0.74, 65 soybean accessions were clustered into 9 distinct groups.
