The agricultural, silvicultural development trending goods is important for Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh mountain region, which consist of 26 rural district, have many favourable climate, soil, traffic...but the life of people in this region still has so many difficulties. The reseach results show the cash crops which have potential exploit, help powers district have corresponsive solution and policy to make good use of potential development of cash crops, which contribute to develop economics of region.
