The paper explores the perceptions of leaders and managers on the issue of social stratification. Research results show that there are differences in assessment of male and female leaders, managers on the concept of social stratification. Aware of social stratification will help leaders and managers understand the nature and life of different social strata, through which giving the social management policies more effective.
