The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of using the basic inputs of a number of joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam in recent years, such as: wage costs, interest costs and others costs... Research method used is the data envelope analysis method. The study was conducted over 39 joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam shows efficient use of resources is relatively good (always over 90 percent on average).
