The national ruling regime should pay attention to solve the problems of the economic institutions as a inevitable base to ensure stable development of the political regime and nation's prosperity. The choice of economic institution of Vietnam over 70 years is a historical process with full of hardship and difficulties. Thanks to innovation of economic thinking and socialist oriented market economy, Vietnam has shifted strongly with high growth and people's lives has been improved and enhanced significantly. This process is ongoing, requiring further research and more innovative thinking to have an effective economic institutions enable for Vietnam's economy to develop rapidly and steadily.
