This report gives mention to the actual status of educational capacity of head teachers (also referred to as homeroom teachers) in upper secondary schools. Most of the teachers asked claim that teachers need to have prerequisite educational competences. Also, the survey findings show that educational competences of head teachers across upper secondary schools are at satisfactory.
