At general schools, specialized groups have the role of organizing and directly directing teachers' self-study. On the basis of presenting theoretical and practical foundation, the article proposes several organizing and managing measures of specialized groups concerning self-study of teachers at schools, contributing to strengthening of capacity for teaching and managing staff at general schools.
