Planning development of industries and products is an important basis to the State management agencies considers and issues the investment certificate for the organizations and individuals implementing their project. In recent years, the planning of industries and products development has been pay attention by the ministries and local focus. However, in the implementation process has many weaknesses and shortcomings arised.This article gives some solutions to overcome the weaknesses and inadequacies in the planning industries and products development in Vietnam.
