Secondly, this paper argues that Confucian environmental ethics could be set up by located and received environmental ethics into Confucianism, based on "Mencius", "Yizhuan", "Zhongyong", "Daxue" and Wang Yangming's thought. Lastly, four subjects of Confucian environmental ethics are under discussion, these are the ground, the meaning and the influence of kindness to things from "Mencius", and the problem of bringing full development to the nature of things from "Zhongyong".
