A multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication system combined with the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation technique allows transmission with reliability and high speed data on the multi-path fading channel. In mobile environmemt harsh, the MIMO-OFDM systems are not inevitable but the influence by the interference. Based on the results of many calculations for OFDM systems, this paper will analyze and provide mathematical expressions for many different classes of the interference of MIMO-OFDM systems with different case length of guard interval and the maximum delay spread of the channel. Results are obtained using the computing, simulated SER performance evaluation of the system on the model of spatial correlation channel.
