This paper presents a dynamic channel allocation method for MIMO-OFDMA networks with reused frequency factor (RFF) of one. In these networks, sub-carrier assignment for a new MS will introduce co-channel interference (CCl) for other active MSs. The proposed channel allocation method uses MS position information to predict the eel. For ensuring the network QoS, the predicted CCI of intended sub-carriers, which should be assigned to a new MS, must be smaller than a given threshold. In addition, to increase the bandwidth efficiency, a precoding technique is applied. The precoding approach is designed in a constraint that the bit rate of the feedback channel is limited. The simulation result shows that the system capacity increases with an increasing the number of MS. Moreover, the system performance depends on bit rate of the feedback channel.
