This paper presented a model for calculation of flows in sewer conduct and in street in the urban drainage problem. These flows are calculated from Saint - Venant equations using finite valume method. Water exchange between the two flows occurs at manhole and its flow rate is calculaced using semi-analytic method. The model has a resolution of the distance between two manholes, so it allows calculating the flow in drainage system in detail. The model was validated by comparing with SWMM calculation and applied for drainage problem of new urban zone of Thu Thiem.
