Almost all interactive problems between humans and the unsafe environment such as dangerous, toxic, infectious or sterile in the world can be solved by robot technology. In particular, one of feasible and stability solution is Tele-Operation Manipulator Technology. By using the master manipulator to record the movements and behaviour of the driver in a safe environment. then transmits these parameters over a LAN to the slave manipulator which is controlled in the toxic, hazardous or sterile environments and strictly comply with people's behaviour is proposed in this paper.
