 Purpose: Study changes in hemodynamic of central retinal artery in primary glaucoma eyes after IOP control. Subject: 132 eyes of 66 glaucoma patients and 94 eyes of 47 normal Vietnamese adults. Method: observation, comparative study. Result: Decrease Vs, Vd and increase RI of central retinal artery in glaucoma group in comparision with control group (Vs 9.66 + or - 2.23 cm/s
  Vd = 2.87 + or - 0.96 cm/s, RI = 0.70 + or - 0.047 in the glaucomatous eyes compared to Vs = 12.19
