An Nam Dang means Archives of An Nam, including documents related to the diplomatic relations between the Qing Dynasty and Tay Son Dynasty during 8 years, from the last years of Can Long's reign (Qianlong) and the early years of Gia Khanh's reign (Jiaqing). This article introduces the full-text translation of the second book (of 3 volumes) of An Nam dang printed in Van hien tung bien, including 25 documents of Qing Dynasty related to An Nam from 1792 to 1795. In the context of diplomatic relations between the two countries in the late 18th century, these documents do not contain any salient events, but we can review some important points, such as king Quang Trung's land claims of seven mountain districts of Hung Hoa, the reaction of the Qing Dynasty by hearing the news of king Quang Trung's death, or information about some members of the La royal family fleeing to China...
