The study was carried out on hybrid of four breeds (PiDu x LY), at weaned period (from 21-56 day olds), it consists of 4 groups: Control (DC), pilot I, II, III (TN I, TNII, TNIII). Piglets of control were fed 20 percent of protein ration without enzyme and the ration of TNI
TNII, TNIII have a protein levels are 20 percent, 19 percent and 18 percent added enzyme protease and amylase. The obtained results showed that, the use of enzyme increase the growth of piglets 3.8 percent (The body weight of piglets at 56 day olds was 19.67 va 18.95 kg/con, correspoding to group TN I and control (DC). For reduced protein rations that added enzyme, the growth of piglets was not diferrent significant (19.67
19.28 and 18.79kg/head, group TN I, TN II and TN III, corresponding
Pa0.05). The FCR and feed expensive/kg of body weight gained tendency to increase when reducing protein level in added enzyme ration (1.37
1.42 and 1.47 kg
group TN I
TN II and TN III corresp. ). But it's the same in compare with unused enzyme and high protein level ration (20 percent) (1.42
1.47 and 1.45 kg
corresp. to group TN II, TN III and DC). The use of enzyme protease and amylase in rations for weaned piglets, esspecially for high protein level (19 and 18 percent) added essencial amino acids will keep growth of piglets, save protein feed and reduce environment pollution.
