Design of mesh control measure is a very important task in the measuring process of mapping, map edition and arrangement that greatly affect the distribution of errors in geodesic. Therefore, on measuring a building, the authors must design mesh control measure that ensures for the accuracy of measurement results after calculating metrics. Actual measurements on the campus of Quy Nhon University show that the design of closed mesh control measure has more advantages and accuracy than that of open mesh control measure.
