This study aims to investigate the efficiency of IAS-l herb medicine products prepared from stem and leaf powders of Andrographis paniculata (Bunn.f.) Nees (37.2 percent), Tinospora crispa (L.) Miers (40.1 percent) and ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) (21.8 percent) with the supplement ratio: 0.15 percent, 0.225 percent and 0.3 percent for promoting growth, preventing diarrhea and respiratory in post- weaning piglet. A total of 120 pigs Yorkshire x Landrace at 28 days old with an average 7-8 kg body weight were randomly divided into 6 treatments with iso- sex, breed and weight with 5 replicates, 4 pigs each and compared with treatment antibiotic (colistin 10 ppm), berberin (0.14 percent) and Andrographis p,wiculata (0.3 percent). The experimental time from 28 days old to 56 days old. The results show that the supplement of herb extract IAS-1 for promoting growth, improved the feed conversion ratio and decreased days diarrhea rate and cough rate. In supplement rate IAS-1 (0.225 percent) improved 7.98 percent, 12.91 percent, 14.45 percent of weight gain, reduced 4.52 percent, 7.65 percent, 7.14 percent FCR and decreased daydiarrhea rate 2.08 percent, 2.61 percent, 2.98 percent
reduced 1.07 percent, 2.14 percent, 1.79 percent day-cough rate and reduced 14.37 percent, 14.16 percent, 14.81 percent feed cost per kg body weight compared to treatment antibiotic, berberin and Andrographis paniculata.
