Traumatic dislocation of the testis is a rare and an uncommon sequel of trauma. A high index of suspicion should be maintained, as delay in diagnosis is asscociated with loss of spermatogenic function of the testis and an increased rate of orchidectomy. The authors report traumatic testicular dislocation in two man by road traffic accident, a motorcycle-car collision and accident of sport. On physical examination after accident, the testis was not palpable within the scrotal sac. CT and color doppler US revealed a viable testis displaced in the hole pelvic of abdomen. The authors have taken an exploration and orchidopexy.
